It has not flipped up or down on me and I hit about 37 MPH on our group ride last night and it stayed where it was told (otherwise it would have gotten the hose again ;) I would say it is just fine. I have an older wickin...Is the brim flappy or firm? I have an older wicking Waltz cap with a flappy brim. Fred Woo-hoo speed is about 22mph with that one before it flips down in my face and I can no longer see where I'm going.
